As a 10-year-old discovering golf for the first time, I never imagined how deeply this game would shape my life's journey. What started as a passion quickly became a lifelong pursuit, taking me from local fairways to some of the most incredible golf courses across the world.Competing as a professional tour player gave me the opportunity to experience golf in its purest form—walking the fairways of legendary courses, playing in breathtaking destinations, and immersing myself in the cultures that surround the game. Along the way, I discovered that golf is more than just a sport; it's an adventure, a passport to some of the most spectacular places on earth.
With all my experience planning every trip around the world to play in tournaments on tour, I’ve gained some clever insights into how to make these tours higher quality, seamless, and truly unforgettable. Now, through Fairway Getaway, I want to share those experiences with others who share the same love for the game.

Qaiser Rashid is an expert and senior business leader in industry training, tertiary education, sports major events & entertainment, and retail sectors in New Zealand. Qaiser has fallen in love with golf, and commits a lot of time to developing his game and enjoying the amazing destinations golf has taken him to.
His current roles include operating training service; and major sports events’ businesses. Qaiser was a CEO of Talent International Institute; Company Director of One Pure International; and CEO of New Zealand Messenger; and part of the executive leadership team at Huadu International Management Group.
Qaiser has successfully owned and managed a number of Private Training Establishments in New Zealand for the past twenty five years. His career pathway commenced from the roles of Tertiary Lecturer to Head of the Department, Dean, Director of Studies, Principal, Shareholder and Director, and CEO of medium to large-size private training establishments in New Zealand. Previously, he has a senior level management experience in Quick Service Restaurant, Textiles, and Cigarette industries.
Qaiser is currently an Honorary Tourism Ambassador for Tourism Development Corporation Punjab, Pakistan in New Zealand. Qaiser has been an Honorary Investment Counsellor for Pakistan in New Zealand from 2013 to 2018. He has played a key role in establishing strategic ties between New Zealand and Pakistan.
